At Flight Finders Club, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service by delivering timely and valuable flight deal alerts. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Applicable to Annual Memberships Only)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for customers who purchase an annual membership. If you wish to cancel your membership within the first 14 days after your initial payment, you may email us at hello@flightfindersclub.com to request an immediate cancellation and a full refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time annual members and does not cover renewals.

Monthly Memberships

Members who choose a monthly subscription are not eligible for refunds. If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you must cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Free Trial Period

If you sign up for our free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue your membership. If the trial period ends and your subscription converts to a paid membership, you will have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may request a refund. After the 14-day cooling-off period, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Auto-Renewal & Refunds

All subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle. If you do not want your membership to auto-renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Auto-renewal payments are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge. However, renewals are not subject to our refund policy if they occur after the initial 14-day period following an upgrade to a premium membership.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your account settings on our website or by contacting us at hello@flightfindersclub.com. Please note that pressing ‘Unsubscribe’ in the footer of our emails does not cancel your billing or subscription.
